Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Below are the shipping details for our store.

Delivery Time

Kerala: Orders are delivered within 3 days

Other locations (including Delhi): Orders are delivered within 7 days

Delivery timelines apply to both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders unless mentioned otherwise.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders include an additional charge of ₹90 per order.

Shipping Partner

We ship orders using DTDC courier service.

DTDC Delivery Terms

• Only Prepaid orders are accepted for DTDC
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for DTDC
• Home delivery is not available for DTDC
• Customers must collect the order from the DTDC office within 3 days of arrival
• If the order is not collected within this period, it may be returned.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

Important Notes

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays
